    Note: Beginning in the 1950s "Whooper" it up for New Hampshire was a campaign to promote the state of NH as a good place to live and work. Whooper certificate was given to people who were either locally or nationally famous and has some connections to the state. These pinback were made up for local people to wear and support the campaign and its events.
