Description

This is a nice Fossil Fern nodule from Mazon Creek in Illinois. The concretion has been split and comes as a pair. The thinner (negative) half has been repaired, and the other half appears to have a fracture at center, but feels solid (I really didn't see it until I viewed my enlarged pics). It measures about 2 1/8" long x 3/4" wide. This comes form the estate of a collector who visited the site in the 1960's. Shipped with USPS First Class Package.
