    Description

    Japanese Army Officers Parade Dress Sword
    with Scabbard. T
    he ricasso is unmarked, no markings anywhere. The guard and grip are a little loose and will move if you force them. The grip has a couple tiny chips. The wire wrap appears complete but is loose and not lined up correctly. The blade
    has not
    been sharpened, the tip is a little sharp, and overall the blade does have a slight bend to the left but fits into the scabbard with no problem. The scabbard is solid with nickel loss freckles and minor surface rust scattered
    throughout. Leather washer is missing. Length of the blade measures 34 1/2" (7/8" wide x 1/8" thick), length of the sword is 39 5/8", and overall in the scabbard it is 41 1/2".
