Additional condition: Item stored flat and clean, near new condition. Flash from camera washes it out a bit, but actual item is bright and clear,the slightest corner mark is possible, but truly unbelievable condition.
Condition: This one Near Mint / Mint,  minor marks at best, looks like it Would grade a 9.0-9.5+ out of 10, super nice.
